Nakheel, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced the award of three significant contracts exceeding AED 5 billion for the construction of ultra-luxury villas at Palm Jebel Ali.
These contracts, expected to be completed by late 2026, have been awarded to Ginco General Contracting, Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast, and United Engineering Construction Company (UNEC).
The development will include 723 villas from the Beach and Coral Collections, providing exclusive beach access across Fronds K, L, M, N, O, and P, along with enhanced infrastructure and public spaces. The project aims to redefine waterfront living with 539 five- and six-bedroom Beach Collection villas and 184 seven-bedroom Coral Collection villas, available in eight distinct architectural styles. Ranging from 8,000 to 15,000 square feet, these villas will be complemented by extensive road networks, utilities, and landscaping, aligning with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, unveiled Palm Jebel Ali, which supports the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and initiates a new growth corridor in the Jebel Ali area.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, emphasized the project's role in attracting investment and tourism, while Gheyath Mohammad Gheyath, Founder of Ginco, expressed pride in the partnership. Batchu Sagar, CEO of Shapoorji Pallonji, and Eng. Abdul Halim Muwahid, Chairman of UNEC, also highlighted their commitment to quality and innovation in this transformative project.
Once completed, Palm Jebel Ali will feature mixed-use neighborhoods, stunning views of the Arabian Gulf, and state-of-the-art smart city technologies, ensuring a premier residential and leisure destination.
