Nakheel has awarded a AED 400 million contract to Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast to construct 38 Crown Garden Villas, marking a new phase of luxury residential development at Palm Crown on Palm Jumeirah.

The project, positioned at the peak of Palm Jumeirah’s fronds, will introduce an exclusive collection of five and six bedroom homes designed to offer sweeping views of the island and the Dubai skyline. The villas will feature three architectural styles, contemporary finishes and spacious interiors built with high quality materials.

Residents will have access to private beaches, landscaped gardens, rooftop lounges and large terraces that create a resort inspired living environment. Built to span between 7,316 and 8,322 square feet, the homes will incorporate floor to ceiling glazing, open plan layouts and green courtyards that enhance natural light and promote an indoor outdoor lifestyle.

Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said the Crown Garden Villas represent a significant addition to Palm Jumeirah and reinforce Dubai’s position on the global stage. He noted that the development reflects the company’s focus on creating destinations that combine strong architecture with an elevated way of life.

Batchu Sagar, Chief Executive Officer of Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast, said the agreement strengthens the partnership between the two entities and supports their shared goal of delivering a refined waterfront community.

Future residents will also benefit from a dedicated clubhouse offering dining, social and wellness amenities, along with two parks that expand Palm Crown’s green spaces and support Nakheel’s broader vision for connected communities across the emirate.
