Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has unveiled a new collection of waterfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, marking a major milestone in the revival of Dubai’s iconic island development.
The release introduces 11 architecturally distinct villa styles across The Beach and The Coral Collections, designed in collaboration with globally renowned studios. Each home has been crafted to maximize space, natural light, and sea views, offering residents direct beachfront access and an elevated coastal lifestyle.
The Beach Collection features five- and six-bedroom villas ranging from 7,500 to 8,500 square feet, with designs such as Cyan Sky by NAGA Architects and Cobalt Beach by LOCI. The Coral Collection offers larger six- and seven-bedroom villas between 11,500 and 12,500 square feet, including designs like Red Aurora and Coral Dune by SAOTA and LOCI. Both collections combine contemporary aesthetics with seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said the launch reflects Nakheel’s commitment to design excellence and community creation, reinforcing Palm Jebel Ali’s role as a symbol of Dubai’s ambition and growth.
Beyond residences, the development will feature a 9,000-square-metre retail centre and a modern Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, accommodating up to 1,000 worshippers.
Spanning seven islands and more than 90 kilometres of beachfront, Palm Jebel Ali aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the D33 Economic Agenda. The project integrates smart technologies and sustainable design, positioning it as a new benchmark for waterfront living and a key contributor to Dubai’s long-term development vision.
