Nakheel has unveiled Palm Central Private Residences, a new residential development at the heart of Palm Jebel Ali, setting a benchmark for resort-style community living on Dubai’s iconic island.
The project introduces a central neighbourhood concept, offering homes, wellness, retail, and communal spaces within walking distance.
Located between Frond M and Frond N, Palm Central Private Residences comprises 212 residences across three mid-rise buildings, featuring one- to five-bedroom apartments and signature penthouses with private pools. Each unit blends spacious layouts, elegant interiors, and a seamless indoor-outdoor design with panoramic views of the sea and Dubai skyline.
The development focuses on wellbeing and social connection. Landscaped courtyards, wellness zones, and communal lounges provide a balance of privacy and shared spaces, creating a resort-inspired lifestyle for families and professionals alike.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said the project advances Dubai’s vision for people-centred waterfront living, complementing the island’s existing beachfront villas and fostering a connected and inclusive community.
Palm Central Private Residences follows the launch of Palm Jebel Ali’s Beach and Coral Collection villas, which showcase coastal exclusivity. The new residences offer a more accessible and integrated approach, combining architecture, community, and resort comfort in a central location.
The island’s master plan, stretching 13.4 kilometres with seven interconnected islands and 16 fronds, also includes a 9,000 sqm retail centre and a Friday mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, capable of hosting up to 1,000 worshippers. Palm Jebel Ali aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda D33, integrating sustainable infrastructure, smart design, and walkable public spaces.
Palm Central Private Residences marks a new chapter for Palm Jebel Ali, expanding its lifestyle offerings and reinforcing Dubai’s reputation for visionary waterfront living.
