Oracle has expanded its presence in Dubai Internet City with the opening of a new state-of-the-art Customer Experience Centre, underscoring its long-term commitment to the UAE’s growing artificial intelligence ecosystem and digital economy.
Inaugurated by Abdulla Belhoul, CEO of TECOM Group, and Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President of Commercial at TECOM Group and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City, the new facility showcases Oracle’s latest AI innovations and enterprise-ready solutions. It features a reimagined Zayed Innovation Hub, one of the UAE’s first AI-dedicated hubs, offering immersive demonstrations and real-world use cases for businesses, government entities, and partners across the Middle East.
The centre aims to accelerate AI-driven innovation by providing access to more than 200 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services and AI-infused Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. It also includes the popular Oracle Red Bull Racing experience, allowing visitors to explore how real-time data and cloud technology power championship-winning Formula 1 performance.
Nick Redshaw, Senior Vice President – Technology, Middle East and Africa, and UAE Country Leader at Oracle, said the new centre reinforces Oracle’s role as a trusted technology partner in the UAE.
“This centre will empower organisations to accelerate their AI and Cloud journeys in line with Dubai’s ambition to lead the world in AI adoption and innovation,”
he said.
Ammar Al Malik highlighted Oracle’s contribution to Dubai’s digital transformation, noting its alignment with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
“Oracle is a key partner in our vision for a digitally enabled future supported by AI,”
he added.
The launch strengthens the collaboration between Oracle and Dubai Internet City, home to over 4,000 tech companies and 31,000 professionals, driving the Emirate’s position as a global technology and innovation hub.
