Parkin Company PJSC has signed a five year agreement with Damac Properties to manage and enhance approximately 3600 parking spaces across major developments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, marking a significant expansion of Parkin’s presence in the UAE.
The partnership supports Parkin’s strategy to strengthen its role in the developer parking segment by improving traffic flow, elevating user convenience and optimising parking assets within Damac’s portfolio. The project covers prominent residential and commercial communities and leverages Parkin’s operational expertise and smart mobility technologies.
Under the agreement, Parkin will take over the management of about 500 on street parking spaces in Damac Hills 1. The company will also operate nearly 2700 spaces across 44 towers located in key districts such as Downtown, DIFC, Dubai Marina and Business Bay, as well as sites on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The move marks Parkin’s first step into the capital’s parking market.
Parkin will introduce visitor and permit parking options across Damac’s buildings and community malls. All locations will be incorporated into the Parkin mobile app, allowing users to access and manage parking services through one platform. The integrated system aims to improve convenience and streamline the customer experience.
Implementation is set to begin in the first quarter of 2026. The rollout includes the integration of Parkin’s technologies with Damac’s existing infrastructure, covering access control, automatic number plate recognition and enforcement systems to ensure efficient and scalable operations.
Parkin CEO Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali said the agreement highlights the company’s long standing expertise and supports its expansion beyond Dubai. Damac Chief Project Officer Mohammed Tahaineh said the collaboration strengthens the customer journey by bringing smart, reliable parking solutions to the developer’s communities.
