Parkin Company PJSC has entered into a five-year Parking Management Framework Agreement with Al Futtaim Group, bringing structured enforcement and smart technology to designated parking spaces across three major retail destinations in Dubai.
Under the agreement, Parkin will manage and enforce People of Determination (POD) parking spaces at Dubai Festival City Mall, Festival Plaza and Arabian Center — covering a combined 107 spaces across the three sites. The scope includes issuing and validating parking fines, handling customer feedback and disputes, and using operational data to drive continuous improvements to the parking experience.
To support enforcement on the ground, Parkin will deploy License Plate Recognition technology for real-time vehicle monitoring, alongside taking full responsibility for the installation, operation and maintenance of all systems at each location.

Abdelrahman Alshuweihi, Director of Operations at Parkin, said the partnership reflects the company's commitment to combining retail and operational excellence with advanced enforcement capabilities to deliver a better customer experience across Al Futtaim's destinations and the wider Dubai community.
Hayssam Hajjar, Executive Director of Asset Management at Al Futtaim, noted that parking plays a key role in the overall visitor journey, and that the collaboration with Parkin would deliver a more seamless, technology-enabled experience across their retail destinations.
The deal marks a further expansion of Parkin's presence in the private sector, adding to its growing managed parking portfolio. It also reinforces the company's broader role in advancing smart mobility across the emirate — with accessibility compliance now forming a key pillar of that strategy.
