The Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) in Dubai reported total revenues of AED 1.075 billion and a net profit of AED 654 million for 2023, reflecting a 33.47% increase from the previous year's profit.
The results were revealed in PCFC’s 2023 Annual Report, highlighting key achievements across its business units, which include over 300 services from departments such as Dubai Maritime Authority and Dubai Ports Authority.
Chairman Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem attributed the success to innovative plans and sustainable solutions aligned with government goals. CEO Nasser Al Neyadi emphasized the focus on leveraging advanced technologies to boost productivity and support the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 for sustainable growth.
PCFC’s performance was recognized with awards like the ‘Innovation in the Maritime Industry Award’ and ‘Great Place to Work’ certificate. By the end of 2023, PCFC employed around 600 individuals, served over 96,000 clients and engaged with 400 suppliers.
