Dubai Economy today announced the revised safety guidelines for private companies to be observed in places such as elevators, offices and workplaces.
Maximum capacity is now allowed inside the elevators with no limit on the number of people. However, social distancing guidelines should be practiced and masks should be worn inside elevators at all times.
Regarding workplaces, employees must now maintain a physical distance of 1 metre instead of the usual of 2 metres. All employees must follow the safety instructions and precautionary measure set in place. Employees are also advised to get fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
