Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has expanded the availability of Tabby, a leading instalment payment platform, across all its digital channels.

Previously limited to smart kiosks, the service is now accessible via RTA’s website, mobile app, nol Pay app, and smart kiosks, offering greater convenience to users.

This initiative allows customers to split payments into up to four instalments for over 170 services, including vehicle and driving licence renewals, as well as traffic fines. Additionally, it provides flexible payment options for purchasing vehicle number plates.

By integrating Tabby across its digital ecosystem, RTA reinforces its commitment to customer satisfaction while aligning with Dubai’s Cashless Strategy and the leadership’s vision of a fully digital government. The move aims to enhance digital adoption, improve service accessibility, and optimize revenue collection for the Government of Dubai.

RTA initially partnered with Tabby last year, limiting payments to smart kiosks. With the latest expansion, customers now have a seamless, flexible, and cashless payment experience across all RTA platforms.
