The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the 11th Dubai International Project Management Forum, co-organised with DP World, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Emaar Properties, and the Project Management Institute (PMI). Scheduled for 14 to 15 January 2026 at Madinat Jumeirah, the forum will focus on the theme Bridging Communities.
The event will explore five core pillars: Sustainable City, Digital Transformation, Jobs of the Future, Technology and Future Trends, and Customer Centricity in Project Management. These will cover topics ranging from sustainable growth and digital innovation to artificial intelligence, smart mobility, and agile project management practices.
Mattar Al Tayer, RTA Director General, highlighted the forum’s decade-long success in establishing Dubai as a global hub for project management expertise. He noted the event’s role in promoting best practices, enhancing institutional capabilities, and supporting Dubai’s vision for sustainable development and innovation.
Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, DEWA MD and CEO, said the forum underscores Dubai’s leadership in managing mega projects that enhance community wellbeing and align with the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 goals.
Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, DP World Chairman and CEO, emphasized the forum’s importance in shaping sustainable and resilient communities through innovation and global trade expertise.
Emaar Properties and PMI leaders also highlighted the forum as a platform for exchanging knowledge, showcasing Dubai’s achievements, and advancing project management standards worldwide.
Since its inception in 2014, DIPMF has drawn nearly 20,000 participants and over 400 international experts, facilitating discussions on delivering major projects efficiently while promoting sustainable development and community impact.
