Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched “Data Drive – Clear Guide,” a smart platform that analyses five years of historical and real-time traffic data to improve congestion management and road performance.
The platform uses AI and advanced analytics to monitor road speeds, detect recurring congestion patterns, assess traffic diversion effectiveness, and provide instant alerts to relevant teams. By replacing manual reporting with automated real-time analysis, decision-making time has been reduced from weeks to minutes.
Features include interactive maps, performance benchmarking, and automated reports for roadworks and events, enabling faster responses and more efficient solutions. The system supports Dubai’s vision to become the world’s smartest city and a leader in sustainable, tech-driven mobility.
