Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has signed nine cooperation agreements with leading property developers and free zone authorities to streamline infrastructure project approvals and enhance road safety and service levels across the emirate.

Enhancing Road Network Efficiency
Bader Al Siri, Executive Director of Right-of-Way at RTA’s Traffic and Roads Agency, highlighted that these agreements provide a centralized framework for planning and implementation. The collaboration aims to improve traffic flow, enhance road user safety, and support sustainable infrastructure development.
Al Siri further emphasized that these partnerships are crucial to implementing Law No. (4) of 2021, which regulates roads within development areas and free zones. By fostering close cooperation between RTA and its strategic partners, Dubai continues to strengthen its position as a leader in urban infrastructure and mobility innovation.
