Dubai’s toll operator Salik Company PJSC posted robust financial results for the first nine months of 2025, with total revenue rising 38.6 percent year-on-year to AED 2.28 billion, supported by growth in traffic volumes, new toll gates, and the implementation of variable pricing.

EBITDA surged 42 percent to AED 1.58 billion, delivering a margin of 69.6 percent, while net profit after taxes climbed 39.1 percent to AED 1.14 billion. Q3 2025 figures also reflected solid growth, with 152.2 million chargeable trips recorded, contributing to total toll usage fees of AED 655.2 million.

Salik attributed its performance to the addition of two new gates in November 2024, the variable pricing system launched in January 2025, and Dubai’s strong macroeconomic environment, including population growth, tourism inflows, and real estate activity. Total trips through Salik gates increased 38.3 percent to 628.4 million during the nine-month period.

The company also reported growth in ancillary revenues, driven by partnerships with Emaar Malls, Parkonic, and Liva Group, enhancing parking, insurance, and digital mobility services. Salik has further invested in electric vehicle charging infrastructure in collaboration with Schneider Electric and Vcharge.

Chairman Mattar Al Tayer highlighted the company’s operational resilience and alignment with Dubai’s vision for smart, sustainable mobility. CEO Ibrahim Sultan Al Haddad emphasized continued growth across tolling and ancillary services, backed by strong cash generation and a solid balance sheet.

Looking ahead, Salik expects full-year 2025 revenue growth of 34-36 percent and an EBITDA margin of 68.5-69.5 percent, reaffirming its strategy of operational excellence, innovation, and expansion across the mobility ecosystem.
