Shamal Holding has partnered with LVMH’s luxury hospitality brand Cheval Blanc to launch the region’s first Cheval Blanc maison in Dubai, set to open in 2029.
This exclusive private island development will feature 30 suites and 40 private pool villas, blending architectural elegance with serene beachfront living. A limited number of branded residences will also be available for ownership, offering discreet luxury and full access to Cheval Blanc’s signature services.
Set within a protected coastal landscape, the maison will reflect Cheval Blanc’s refined aesthetic and Shamal’s vision for exceptional placemaking. The project will include bespoke wellness rituals, curated lifestyle experiences, and elevated dining rooted in the brand’s philosophy of art de recevoir.
This marks a strategic milestone in Cheval Blanc’s selective global expansion and supports Dubai’s ambition to attract world-class luxury experiences as part of its 2030 vision.
