Shamal Holding and Marriott International have signed an agreement to bring EDITION branded residences and a hotel to Dubai Harbour, marking the brand’s debut in the Middle East.

Scheduled for completion in 2029, The Dubai Beach EDITION is set to redefine luxury living and hospitality along the city’s iconic waterfront.

The project will include The Residences at The Dubai Beach EDITION, featuring 165 two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. Each residence will reflect the brand’s signature blend of contemporary design and refined simplicity, complemented by resort-style amenities and services. Alongside the residences, a 185-room hotel will offer unobstructed sea views and a collection of distinctive culinary experiences.

Abdulla Binhabtoor, CEO of Shamal Holding, described the development as a “luxury beachfront destination” that reflects Dubai’s cosmopolitan spirit and global appeal. He emphasized that the project will deliver EDITION’s timeless elegance and refined modernity to the region for the first time.

Jerome Briet, Chief Development Officer for Marriott International in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, highlighted the project’s role in expanding the company’s luxury portfolio in Dubai. He noted that the development will “reimagine what modern luxury can be for travellers and residents seeking unique and exceptional experiences.”

Located at Dubai Harbour, the project aims to blend urban vibrancy with seafront living, offering residents and guests access to a private stretch of beach as well as retail and dining options. With The Dubai Beach EDITION, Dubai further strengthens its position as a global destination for world-class hospitality and lifestyle experiences.
