H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, has issued a series of decisions appointing new CEOs to various Dubai government entities.
Through Executive Council Decision No. (54) of 2024, Issam Abdulrahim Kazim has been appointed CEO of Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing. Meanwhile, Mohammed Abdullah Shael AlSaadi has been named CEO of Dubai Corporation for Consumer Protection and Fair Trade under Decision No. (55) of 2024.
Additional key appointments include:
- Essa Harab Khalifa bin Hadher as CEO of the Economic Strategy Sector at Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (Decision No. 56 of 2024)
- Sahia Sajjad Ahmed as CEO of Regulatory Policy and Governance at Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (Decision No. 57 of 2024)
- Saad Mohammed Al Awadhi as CEO of Corporate Support Services at Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (Decision No. 58 of 2024)
- Khaled Hassan Mohammed Mubasheri as CEO of Legislation and Disputes Sector at Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (Decision No. 59 of 2024).
These appointments are effective from 1st April 2024 and will be published in the Official Gazette.
In addition, Yousuf Ahmed Yousuf Abdullah Lootah has been appointed CEO of Strategy and Corporate Performance at Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, effective from 1st October 2024, under Decision No. (60) of 2024, and will also be published in the Official Gazette.
