Emirates Skywards has announced an exciting partnership with EmCan, the loyalty program of Emarat, to introduce a two-way points conversion feature for members of both programs.
Through this collaboration, Skywards Everyday members can now convert their Skywards Miles into EmCoins, and vice versa, unlocking an even wider range of rewards.
The agreement, signed by Dr. Nejib Ben Khedher, Divisional Senior Vice President of Emirates Skywards, and Mr. Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Chief Retail Officer at Emarat, was marked by the presence of senior executives, including Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President, and His Excellency Ali Al Shamsi, CEO of Emarat.
Skywards Everyday is continuously expanding its brand partnerships, and this partnership with EmCan is the first of its kind for the loyalty program. Dr. Khedher expressed excitement about the collaboration, noting that members can now enjoy enhanced flexibility, converting EmCoins into Skywards Miles for travel rewards or vice versa for fuel and lifestyle benefits.
Emarat’s Al Falasi added,
“This partnership allows us to offer our EmCan members greater value by enabling them to convert EmCoins into Skywards Miles, gaining access to a wealth of travel and lifestyle rewards.”
The conversion process is simple: Skywards members can convert 2,000 Miles for 3,000 EmCoins, while EmCan members can exchange 1,000 EmCoins for 100 Skywards Miles. Both apps require users to save a payment card to complete the process.
This move continues Emirates Skywards' commitment to providing members with innovative ways to earn and spend rewards, enhancing the overall loyalty experience across the UAE and beyond.
