TECOM Group Increases Dividends After Strong 2025 Financial Performance

TECOM Group PJSC (DFM: TECOM) has announced a significant boost in shareholder returns following a record-breaking 2025, reflecting robust growth across its business districts and community developments.

At its Annual General Assembly held at Dubai Internet City, shareholders approved the company’s financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and endorsed a cash dividend of AED 440 million for the second half of 2025. This brings the total dividends for the year to AED 840 million, marking the Group’s fourth consecutive year of strong growth.

The assembly also approved the updated 2026 dividend policy, projecting a total cash dividend of AED 880 million to be distributed in two equal instalments in August 2026 and March 2027.

Malek Al Malek, Chairman of TECOM Group, highlighted that the increase demonstrates the Group’s commitment to delivering sustainable investor returns while supporting Dubai’s strategic economic sectors.

In addition to financial decisions, shareholders endorsed TECOM Group’s Corporate Social Responsibility and Charitable Contributions Policy, strengthening the company’s ESG framework and commitment to community development.

TECOM Group posted record revenues of AED 2.9 billion in 2025, a 19% year-on-year increase, driven by strategic portfolio expansion and strong performance across all business segments. EBITDA rose 20% to AED 2.2 billion with a 78% margin, while recurring net profit also grew 20% to AED 1.5 billion. Funds from Operations increased 19% to AED 2 billion, supported by efficient cost and capital management.

The results underscore TECOM Group’s resilience and strategic growth approach, positioning it as a preferred hub for leading companies in technology, media, and knowledge-based industries in Dubai.
