Priced at AED 750 per person, guests can plan the perfect pool day, which is fully redeemable on food and drinks from the High Society menu, crafted by Michelin-starred chef, Chef Jean Imbert. With only four spots available every day throughout the week, guests are required to book and pay online in advance through Seven Rooms. Cigar and Rum Pairing Experience
Txakolina, home to the region’s finest spirits, perfectly aged cigars and the smoothest vinyl music, is inviting guests to a one-of-a-kind pairing experience on Thursday, December 5th. This sophisticated evening will discover the art of pairing Cuban cigars with Rum Zacapa 23, a full-bodied rum known for its rich flavours.
The evening begins with a welcome drink and delicious croquetas, as Txakolina’s expert cigar sommelier shares insights on the pairing process, highlighting how the cigars enhance the rum’s complex notes of dried fruits, oak, nutmeg, leather, tobacco, vanilla and a spicy hint of cinnamon and ginger. The experience concludes with thin slices of Cecina.
