The MENA E-commerce Community commemorated its first anniversary this week with a vibrant celebration that underscored its pivotal role in advancing regional digital commerce.

The event, which saw enthusiastic participation both online and offline, highlighted the community's significant strides in supporting a wide spectrum of businesses across the Middle East and North Africa.

With over 123 online registrations and 60 in-person attendees, the anniversary festivities served as a testament to the community's impact and inclusivity. Participants ranged from established corporations to burgeoning startups, showcasing a diverse cross-section of the region's e-commerce landscape.

Key figures from the industry lent their expertise to the event, including Arsenii Ivanov, Client Partner for eCom & Tech at TikTok MENA, who shared valuable insights into leveraging TikTok's platform for e-commerce success.

Mariyam Lahlou, Sales Manager at Dubai CommerceCity, also contributed valuable perspectives on digital commerce strategies, highlighting innovative approaches to distribution and omnichannel sales.

A highlight of the event was a series of business case analyses featuring Andreea Rizan and Samuel Adex, co-founders of Casa Di Andi, a prominent Dubai-based furniture retailer. Their practical insights provided attendees with actionable strategies applicable across various e-commerce ventures.

Anton Niekhaienko, COO & Co-Founder of Yalla!Hub, emphasized the community's commitment to collaboration and problem-solving.
