Toll Group has begun construction on a new 25,000-square-metre distribution centre in Dubai South’s Logistics District, marking a major expansion of its operations in the MENA region.
The facility is set to strengthen the company’s logistics capabilities and support regional growth.
The centre will feature a warehouse, mezzanine, and office space with a capacity for 30,644 pallets. It will include general palletised cargo chambers that can be customised for clients, temperature-controlled storage with VNA racking, and is being built to meet LEED Silver Certification standards, reflecting a focus on sustainable operations.
Scheduled for completion in August 2026, the facility will serve as a strategic hub offering 3PL services, inbound and outbound stock management, value-added services tailored for the region, and both local and cross-border transportation solutions.
Mohsen Ahmad, CEO of Dubai South’s Logistics District, said the project highlights global confidence in the district’s infrastructure and reinforces Dubai’s position as a connected and sustainable logistics hub.
Suhail Qureshi, Chairman of CWT-SML, noted that the facility reflects the company’s commitment to customer-centric and sustainable logistics solutions across MENA.
