Residents and citizens in the UAE have an exciting opportunity to access a range of discounts and benefits through the Fazaa card. This membership offers significant perks across various sectors, including healthcare, beauty, entertainment, food, and automobile services.

With benefits extending to car insurance, hotel and travel packages, and personal accident compensation, the Fazaa card is a valuable asset for many.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Fazaa card, your company must be registered with the Fazaa program, as membership is open only to specific entities. Here’s who can apply:

  • Employees of government and semi-governmental entities
  • Employees of the Ministry of Interior
  • UAE nationals working in the private sector
  • Frontline heroes
  • Hemam members – Holders of the People of Determination card issued by the Zayed Higher Organisation (both citizens and residents)

Application Process

  1. Company Registration: Ensure your company is eligible and registered with Fazaa.
  2. Application: Enter the provided code and your personal information. An SMS will be sent for verification.
  3. Confirmation: Upon successful verification, download the Fazaa mobile application and log in using your membership number and password.
  4. Membership Tiers: Once logged in, you can upgrade to various tiers, including Discount, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

For Hemam Members

People of Determination can apply for the Fazaa card through the Zayed Higher Organisation’s website or smart application. After registering with your ID number and activating your People of Determination card, you will receive a membership number and password via text message. Alternatively, applications can be submitted through the Ministry of Community Development's website by providing the following documents:

  • Copy of Emirates ID
  • Copy of passport
  • Personal photo with a white background
  • Medical report
  • Residence visa (valid for at least 6 months) – for residents

Upon submission, you will receive a membership number and password via text message.
