He welcomed ERCS’s plans to enhance collaboration with the IFRC on capacity-building initiatives aimed at strengthening emergency health response systems.
The meeting also reviewed ongoing joint projects and explored expanded cooperation in areas such as emergency preparedness, rapid response coordination, and long-term community support.
Both sides stressed the importance of upholding humanitarian principles of neutrality and impartiality, while also agreeing to explore new areas of collaboration aligned with emerging global needs and shared strategic goals.
The discussions reaffirmed the enduring partnership between the UAE and the IFRC, rooted in a shared vision of effective, dignified, and impartial humanitarian assistance amid growing global challenges.
