The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP) has launched the Business Opportunities Visa, inviting investors, entrepreneurs, skilled professionals, and business financiers worldwide to explore business prospects in the UAE.
This visit visa allows holders to enter the country for either a single visit or multiple visits, with a total stay of up to 180 days based on approved eligibility criteria.
The ICP outlined four key conditions for applicants: they must be qualified professionals in their respective fields, hold a passport valid for more than six months, have health insurance coverage in the UAE, and possess a confirmed onward or return ticket.
Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of ICP, highlighted the UAE’s commitment to fostering a business-friendly ecosystem, equipped with world-class infrastructure, robust legal frameworks, and competitive logistical services that support investors in launching and expanding strategic projects.
He emphasized that the Business Opportunities Visa serves as a key incentive for attracting global talent, offering flexible validity options of 60, 90, or 120 days, with the total stay not exceeding 180 days.
This initiative aligns with the UAE’s vision to attract entrepreneurs and capital owners, positioning the nation as a leading global business hub.
