Emirates has announced a recruitment drive for cabin crew positions exclusively for UAE residents. Interested candidates can apply by checking the eligibility criteria and filling out an online application form on the Emirates website. This opportunity is open to all nationalities living and working in the UAE.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience: Over a year’s experience in hospitality or customer service.
  • Skills: Positive attitude and the ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, dealing with diverse cultures.
  • Education: Minimum qualification is high school graduate (Grade 12).
  • Language: Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Physical Requirements: At least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm while standing on tiptoes, to reach emergency equipment on all aircraft types.
  • Appearance: No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (without covering them with bandages or cosmetics).
  • Residency: Must be able to meet UAE's employment visa requirements and be based in Dubai.

In addition to meeting these requirements, candidates should be determined to perform to the highest standards, be solution-oriented, and manage a demanding work schedule. They should be able to deliver an authentic customer experience and be culturally aware, embodying Emirates' values of professionalism, empathy, progressiveness, vision, and cosmopolitanism.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: AED 4,430 per month.
  • Flying Pay: AED 63.75 per hour based on an average of 80-100 hours per month.
  • Average Total Pay: Approximately AED 10,170 per month (around USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, or GBP 2,280).
  • Meal Allowances: Provided for night stops and credited in arrears the following month.
  • Additional Benefits: Hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport are provided by the company.
