The world's largest airline will conduct open recruitment events in the upcoming weeks; you can find the schedule below.

Emirates has surpassed 20,000 cabin crew, reflecting the company's continuous recruitment efforts across numerous countries and hundreds of cities throughout the year.

Emirates employs cabin crew from a diverse pool of 200 nationalities, providing them with an attractive compensation package, including competitive, tax-free salaries, flying pay, profit share eligibility, hotel accommodation during layovers, concessional travel and cargo benefits, annual leave with tickets, furnished housing, transportation, comprehensive medical, life, and dental insurance, as well as additional perks such as laundry services. The staff also enjoy discounted tickets for their friends and family.

The airline is organizing recruitment events, known as open days, in various cities across Europe, Asia, and the Americas during August and September. Some of the cities included in this hiring drive are Zurich, Vienna, Vancouver, Toulouse, Glasgow, Cyprus, Milan, Athens, London, Baku, Antwerp, and more.

Salary & requirements

Applicants for available cabin crew roles must:

  • Possess fluent written and spoken English (additional languages are beneficial)
  • Stand at least 160cm tall, and reach 212cm when required
  • Meet the UAE's employment visa criteria
  • Have a minimum of one year of hospitality or customer service experience
  • Hold a high school education
  • Maintain a tattoo-free appearance while in uniform

The chosen candidates will receive a base monthly salary of Dh4,430 along with flying pay of Dh63.75 per hour, leading to an estimated average total monthly salary of Dh10,170.
