The UAE's Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, unveiled the ministry’s newly enhanced interactive website today during the 44th edition of GITEX Global.
This digital platform aims to facilitate smoother access to services for investors, companies, and individuals, featuring advanced search tools available in multiple languages and a live customer assistance service.
During his visit to the GITEX exhibition, Dr. Al Jaber toured the ministry’s stand with a delegation, exploring various exhibits from governmental and private entities such as Emirates Development Bank, Abu Dhabi Government, and tech giants like Nvidia and Huawei. He received insights into digital solutions, including data analytics and artificial intelligence projects.
A highlight of the tour was the demonstration of the UAE Integrated Industrial Dashboard, Aloum Al Senaa. This transformational project is designed to empower decision-makers by providing comprehensive data analysis to support the growth and competitiveness of the industrial sector, showcasing investment opportunities.
The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (MoIAT) is committed to enhancing the competitiveness of the industrial and technological sectors, aligning with the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology (Operation 300bn). At GITEX, the ministry is also hosting workshops on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and compliance.
Omar Al Suwaidi, Under-Secretary of MoIAT, emphasized the ministry's dedication to innovation and digital transformation, stating,
“The new website will help stakeholders access services more flexibly, quickly, and easily, supporting a business-friendly environment and attracting foreign investments.”
