Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, the UAE Ministry of Defence has confirmed full readiness to host the 12th Dubai International Air Chiefs Conference (DIACC) on 16 November 2025.
The event, themed “Hypersonic Edge,” will take place a day before the opening of the Dubai Airshow 2025.
Marking its largest edition since inception in 2003, the conference will gather more than 100 official delegations, making it a key global platform for air force leaders, defence manufacturers, and policymakers to exchange strategic insights on air and space defence.
Major General Rashed Mohamed Alshamsi, Commander of the UAE Air Force and Air Defence, said preparations are complete for an event that aims to address the evolving challenges of modern warfare amid rapid technological change. He noted that the conference highlights the UAE’s commitment to military readiness, defence coordination, and global security cooperation.
The 2025 theme focuses on future operational concepts for airpower, including hypersonic systems, artificial intelligence, and unmanned technologies. Discussions will explore readiness, technological superiority, and multi-domain integration across complex battlespaces.
Panel sessions will cover topics such as hypersonic technologies, AI applications, unmanned aerial systems, future fighter evolution, air and space integration, and defence partnerships.
This year’s conference is supported by prominent industry partners, including Tawazun Council as National Industry Enablement Partner, EDGE Group as Strategic Partner, and Airbus as Premium Partner. Platinum sponsors include Northrop Grumman, RTX Collins Aerospace, and Lockheed Martin, alongside Gold sponsors such as Saab, MBDA, Dassault Aviation, Thales, Boeing, and General Atomics.
