The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs is highlighting its digital transformation journey at GITEX Global 2025, demonstrating its commitment to modernising government operations and enhancing public services.
The ministry’s participation reflects its strategy to integrate advanced technologies and artificial intelligence into institutional operations.
GITEX Global 2025 runs from 13th to 17th October at the Dubai World Trade Centre. MoFA will present its latest initiatives under the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority platform, focusing on proactive, innovative, and user-centric services.

This year, the ministry is spotlighting national programmes such as the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme, the UAE Government Excellence Programme, and the UAE Unified Design System. New development initiatives aim to deliver more efficient and flexible services while reinforcing a human-centric approach to governance.
MoFA’s exhibition stand will officially open on the first day, showcasing key digital services and transformation milestones. On the second day, the ministry plans to sign cooperation agreements to enhance intergovernmental connectivity and develop innovative digital services.
Aligned with the Year of Community 2025, MoFA will also introduce new consular services to empower residents. On the third day, media representatives will witness a special presentation highlighting the ministry’s use of AI and modern technologies to shape smart government services.
Visitors to the exhibition will experience an interactive digital interface that allows real-time engagement and direct inquiries about MoFA services. The ministry’s participation underscores its growing presence at international technology events and its role in advancing the UAE’s vision for a fully digital government.
GITEX Global 2025 features over 40 exhibition halls covering themes such as AI, data centres, cybersecurity, digital health, and quantum computing, attracting global tech companies, investors, government entities, and industry experts.
