Dubai-based educational group Taaleem has finalized the acquisition of Harrow International Schools Ltd from the UK, securing exclusive operational rights across the UAE.
Renowned as a historic bastion of educational excellence, Harrow School boasts a legacy of nurturing influential figures like Lord Byron and Winston Churchill.
The agreement extends Taaleem's influence beyond the UAE, encompassing rights in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Kuwait. This strategic move aligns with Taaleem’s aim to broaden regional presence and diversify offerings, reinforcing its status as a listed entity on the Dubai Financial Markets.
Khalid Al Tayer, Chairman of Taaleem, expressed pride in the partnership, emphasizing the fusion of Harrow’s prestigious tradition with Taaleem’s regional expertise and cultural values.
