The UAE is gearing up to host a series of significant international events this October, solidifying its status as a global hub for business, tourism, and innovation.
These events, covering various sectors, will attract experts, government officials, and business leaders from across the globe.
Abu Dhabi will kick off the month with an international conference on refugee women's health, organised by the Sheikha Fatima Fund for Refugee Women. The event will focus on health challenges linked to climate change, highlighting innovative solutions and mental health support.
Sharjah will host the inaugural Regional Data & Community Development Forum on 9th-10th October, with over 100 speakers discussing data’s role in infrastructure, sustainability, and the future of the labour market.
Dubai will see the 10th World Green Economy Summit (WGES) on 2nd-3rd October at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), gathering global leaders to address decarbonisation, clean energy, and climate finance. DEWA will also organise the 26th Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) from 1st-3rd October.
Additionally, the UAE will host The Africa Debate on 31st October, focusing on investment in Africa. The Emirates Association for Accountants and Auditors will organise a Sustainability Conference from 22nd-24th October.
These events, along with the Sharjah International Film Festival and AgraME Exhibition, are set to showcase the UAE's leadership in fostering international collaboration and innovation.
