UAE to offer optional implementation of Wage Protection System for domestic workers

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation has announced the optional implementation of the Wage Protection system for domestic workers effective from today, 27th January, 2022.

This initiative will allow domestic workers to be paid through banks, exchange offices, and financial institutions approved and authorized by the Central Bank.
