The UAE National Pavilion is set to participate in the inaugural Egypt International Airshow, taking place from September 3rd to 5th in Al Almain city.

This premier event, held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi of Egypt, aims to boost manufacturing, digitalisation, and globalisation in the aerospace sectors of the Middle East and Africa.

Supported by the UAE Ministry of Defence and the Tawazun Council, and organised by the Emirates Defence Companies Council (EDCC), the UAE Pavilion will showcase cutting-edge defence technologies and innovations from leading national companies such as EDGE Group, Calidus Aerospace, Sanad, Remah International Group, and AAL Group. These firms will join over 300 international aerospace manufacturers from 100 countries, demonstrating the UAE's growing influence in the global defence industry.

The UAE Pavilion will highlight more than 50 domestically produced products, reinforcing the country’s status as a regional and global hub for advanced defence and aviation industries. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a range of air defence systems and other innovations, with the event serving as a platform for fostering international collaboration.

Mona Ahmed Al Jaber, Chairwoman of EDCC, emphasized the importance of the UAE’s participation in strengthening ties with Egypt and enhancing regional cooperation in the defence sector.

Sanad’s Managing Director and Group CEO, Mansoor Janahi, and AAL Group CEO, Olga Martyshchenko, echoed this sentiment, underscoring the significance of the event in showcasing the UAE’s technological advancements and exploring new opportunities for collaboration within the region.
