The UAE Ministry of Economy has announced the inclusion of two pioneering technology companies in its NextGen FDI programme, reinforcing the nation's position as a global hub for innovation.
The UK-based firm TG0 and China's Zelos Technology will now benefit from the initiative, which aims to facilitate market entry for cutting-edge companies, supporting the development of the UAE's knowledge economy.
TG0 specializes in touch-sensing technology, revolutionizing industries such as automotive, healthcare, and gaming. Zelos Technology, a leader in autonomous driving solutions, focuses on Level 4 (L4) intelligent driving, particularly for logistics and express delivery.
By joining the NextGenFDI programme, both companies will gain access to rapid business incorporation, fast-track visa issuance, financial services, and a growing network of innovators. Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, praised the technological contributions the companies will bring, emphasizing their role in shaping the UAE’s urban mobility and healthcare sectors.
TG0's China Business Executive, Joyce Zhen, highlighted the alignment of the UAE's innovation-friendly environment with their vision for advancing human-machine interaction. Meanwhile, Zelos Technology's Managing Director, Terry Zhou, expressed confidence in the UAE as a strategic destination for autonomous driving advancements.
Launched by the Ministry of Economy, the NextGenFDI initiative aims to attract high-tech firms to drive sustainable industry growth and support the nation's economic diversification strategy across key sectors, including healthcare, ICT, and advanced manufacturing.
