AIREV, one of the fastest-growing AI start-ups in the Gulf, has secured a strategic investment from Irish venture private equity firm Venturewave Capital.
The funding will fuel the global expansion of AIREV’s AI Operating System, On-Demand, and accelerate its growth from the UAE and Ireland into new markets.
On-Demand, described as one of the world’s first agentic AI operating systems, allows users to build custom AI applications by combining large language models with a suite of over 300 specialised agents and AI tools. The platform supports integration with leading CRM and ERP systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics, and is compatible across all hardware types—enabling infrastructure monetisation for hardware providers.
Backed by Core 42, a G42 company, AIREV currently serves over four million AI-first users. The platform provides access to inference capabilities across models from OpenAI, Google’s Gemini, Meta’s Llama, and the Arabic-focused Jais, developed by Inception, another G42 entity.
AIREV has existing commercial agreements with Panchea and Nvidia Elite Partner AIdeology, and is in talks with major Fortune 500 semiconductor firms. Over 60,000 users have already adopted On-Demand since launch.
The funding deal was signed in the presence of UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi and Ireland’s Minister of State for Trade Promotion, AI and Digital Transformation, Niamh Smyth, who praised the collaboration as a bridge for global tech innovation.
AIREV Founder and CEO Muhammad Khalid described On-Demand as “an App Store for AI,” emphasising its speed, affordability, and deep personalisation. AIREV aims to use this partnership to expand its transformative AI solutions across sectors including education, healthcare, and energy.
