The top high school achievers for the 2023-2024 academic year are setting ambitious goals for their futures.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, took to X to congratulate these outstanding students on their remarkable achievements.
Among the top graduates is Ward Mahmoud, a Palestinian born and raised in the UAE, who secured the highest position in the general stream for private education. Ward plans to study AI or data science at Khalifa University.
Alyazia Al Shamsi, who excelled in the general stream at the Applied Technology High School for Girls, aspires to a career in space engineering. Inspired by the UAE's achievements in space exploration, Alyazia credits her success to effective time management and strong family support.
Nada Al Maazmi, the top student in the advanced stream at the Applied Technology High School in Ajman, is set on pursuing cybersecurity engineering at the American University of Sharjah. Her commitment to this field stems from a deep desire to serve her country.
Several students are also focused on medical sciences. Abdalla Mekhimar, the top performer at Ras Al Khaimah Boys' School in the advanced stream of the government education sector, aims to contribute to humanity through a career in medicine.
Waleed Alasadi, passionate about community service, plans to join the College of Medicine at UAE University. His dedication to serving his community motivated him to achieve the top position in the advanced stream for private education.
Mayed Al Hmoudi from Fujairah, who led the advanced science stream, also intends to pursue medical studies at UAE University, reflecting a strong commitment to advancing healthcare in the UAE.
