ROBO CAFE
RoboCafe is in Dubai Festival City and is the first of its kind in the UAE. Customers order via iPads, and orders are taken, prepared and served by a high-tech team of robots. The café is operated by three robotic arms that also perform light and musical shows to entertain guests.
CAT CAFE VIBRISSAE
‘Cat Café Vibrissae’ a unique space where you can have your favorite cup of coffee or tea in a relaxing environment and pet cats at the same time! However, they are not any cats. Located at Mattar bin Lahej Gallery in Jumeirah, the space is the creation of Emirati artist, Mattar Bin Lahej which is divided into two parts, a studio & a café. At Sketch Studio, visitors can try their artistic skills at drawing, painting, sculpting, mosaics & printmaking, whereas at Sketch Café they can draw & paint paper coffee cups while enjoying a beverage. The cups with the best illustrations are selected & put on display on the Coffee Cup Wall of Fame!
Forever Rose Café
'Forever Rose Café’ concept is based on a storybook theme. The café is developed as a 2D illustration allowing patrons to feel as if they are part of a drawing and the unique design makes the real, three-dimensional world look like a flat illustration. The interior uses some clever tricks to fool your eyes.
