Torno Subito, Massimo Bottura’s first restaurant outside of Italy, allows diners to experience the causal playfulness of Italian food in beautifully colored beach huts and cabanas for a retro 1960s atmosphere. With a sophisticated yet laidback vibe, diners can enjoy dinner on weekdays and lunch or dinner on weekends. The terrace at this venue re-opened with the restaurant on the September 29.
Serving Japanese cuisine with a Korean essence, Akira Back is famed for its uber-stylish outdoor and indoor sitting and spectacular views of the Dubai skyline. Known for its innovative culinary creations, Akira Back will be introducing a monthly special, with October’s special being an irresistible ‘Kaya Coconut Pandan Cake’, in collaboration with Sooey’s Kaya jams. The dulce de leche-like coconut pandan kaya jam has been given a modern twist and features a soft pandan chiffon cake, Oplays whip ganache, palm sugar cream, and a delicious Hojicha ice cream.
