Wasl Group has announced the launch of a new phase of its South Garden project, reserving a significant share of units for first-time home buyers under Dubai’s First-Time Home Buyer program.
The move reinforces Wasl’s role in supporting the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, which aims to raise homeownership rates across the emirate. The newly released South Garden Buildings D and E will offer a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments within Wasl Gate, a master-planned freehold community in Jebel Ali.
Following the rapid 48-hour sellout of the project’s initial phase in 2024, demand is expected to be high once again. The development is strategically located with direct Metro access and proximity to Festival Plaza Mall, while also featuring private amenities including a gated Zen Garden.
In partnership with the Dubai Land Department and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, Wasl is offering registered first-time buyers early access and tailored incentives, such as discounted pricing.
“The fact that so many are choosing to buy their first home through Wasl speaks volumes,”
said Mohamed Al Bahar, Director of Business Development at Wasl Group.
“With this launch, we’re reaffirming our role as a developer of purpose, supporting Dubai’s evolving housing needs while giving first-time buyers a real chance to step onto the property ladder.”
