WHX Labs Dubai is set to mark its twenty fifth anniversary with a major showcase of laboratory and diagnostics innovation when it returns to the Dubai World Trade Centre from 10 to 13 February.

The event is expected to draw strong international participation as it celebrates a milestone year for the region’s laboratory sciences sector.

Held under the patronage of the Ministry of Health and Prevention, the gathering will offer a platform for dealmaking, networking and knowledge exchange. Organisers expect more than 800 exhibitors from over 40 countries and upwards of 35,000 professional visits. Last year’s edition generated US$621 million in business and welcomed nearly 28,000 visits.

Tom Coleman, Group Exhibition Director at Informa Markets Healthcare, said the event continues to shape the future of healthcare by connecting laboratory experts, healthcare leaders and technology providers focused on advancing diagnostics worldwide.

This edition will introduce two flagship conferences. The Precision Health World Forum will run on 10 and 11 February under the chairmanship of Dr Ammira Al Shaheeb Akil, while the AMR Leaders Summit will follow on 12 and 13 February led by Dr Wael Elamin. Both forums will examine precision health, genomics, cross border collaboration and approaches to antimicrobial resistance.

The 25th Annual Laboratory Management and Medicine Congress will feature eight CME accredited tracks delivered by 250 global specialists, underscoring the event’s long standing role in laboratory quality and benchmarking.

Attendees will also have access to interactive workshops and exhibitions covering diagnostics, imaging, laboratory devices, instruments, reagents and chemicals. Global healthcare companies confirmed to join include Abbott, Beckman Coulter, Siemens Healthineers and Sysmex Middle East.

Whx Labs Dubai will run alongside the World Health Expo taking place from 9 to 12 February at the Dubai Exhibition Centre.
