Mohamed Yousef AlSharhan, Managing Director of the World Governments Summit Organisation (WGSO), emphasized the summit's growing significance as a global platform for regional and international organizations.
AlSharhan noted that many organizations schedule their meetings around the event, which sees active participation from ministers and key decision-makers across various sectors.
This year’s summit, he added, promises to be unique, building on the success of past editions and further driving government initiatives. AlSharhan credited the summit’s success to the collective effort of the UAE, with contributions from officials, staff, and over 200 volunteers, showcasing the nation’s commitment to the event's growth.
He also highlighted the importance of various sectors, including tourism, transportation, and aviation, in the summit's development. The International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) will be in attendance, along with representatives from global aviation ministries and organizations.
