The World Governments Summit Organisation has signed a strategic partnership with the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), marking a new milestone in strengthening international cooperation and expanding the role of Latin American and Caribbean nations on the global stage.
The agreement was formalised on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly in New York by Mohamed Yousef Al Sharhan, Managing Director of the World Governments Summit, and Ambassador Noemí Espinoza Madrid, Secretary-General of the ACS. It aims to enhance the presence of Caribbean and Latin American governments at the Summit, promote knowledge exchange, and develop future-focused initiatives.

Ambassador Espinoza Madrid called the agreement a historic milestone, emphasising that it opens a new chapter of cooperation that will inspire practical solutions to shared challenges.
The partnership sets the stage for joint initiatives in sustainable development, innovation, and global dialogue. It will also support high-level meetings and events in the UAE and beyond, including the upcoming 10th ACS International Cooperation Conference in Dubai.
Through this agreement, both organisations reaffirmed their commitment to building stronger ties between regions, amplifying diverse voices, and driving collective efforts to address global challenges.
