Award-winning culinary innovator José Andrés invites diners to indulge in an especially curated 12-course tasting menu at Jaleo by José Andrés at Atlantis The Royal.

Jaleo by José Andrés, which was recently awarded an honourable mention in the second edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai, proudly presents an exclusive tasting menu especially curated by chef José Andrés himself, ringing in the festive season in Spanish style. Available from Monday 27th November to Sunday 3rd December for AED 700 per person, the meticulously crafted tasting menu is imagined through the creative lens of José Andrés, which will see diners embark upon a delightful culinary journey, exploring the rich tapestry of vibrant Spanish flavours.

The 12-course menu pays homage to the exotic culinary culture of Spain, offering diners tantalising delights and surprises at every turn. For a truly indulgent dining experience, Jaleo tempts the taste buds with nine starters, each encapsulating the essence of traditional Spanish gastronomy. Diners will begin with aceitunas esféricas, liquid olives that pop in one’s mouth, leaving a trail of flavours, followed by tasty tuna tartar cone with caviar, flavour-packed wagyu-cured beef with avocado and tomato, fresh scallop served with escabèche dressing, tuna belly with olives and piparra dressing, mouthwatering empanadillas de bacalao, traditional chicken croquette with truffle, Josper-grilled seasonal mushrooms with egg yolk and white truffle, and Josper-grilled turbot with garlic and olive oil.

For the main event, feast on paella, the most well-known traditional Spanish dish, featuring baby lamb and crunchy vegetables, and enjoy each bite bursting with delicious flavours. To end the delectable culinary adventure on a sweet note, there is the classic Basque cheesecake, a much-loved dessert that traces its roots back to Spain, and a decadent chocolate pie featuring a crunchy biscuit base and topped off with hazelnut praline.

Beyond the authentic Spanish cuisine, guests can sip on an interesting array of cocktails and mocktails that celebrate the vivacious spirit of the country, alongside a wide variety of wines, champagne, beers, and soft drinks.

The exclusive 12-course menu is served from Monday 27th November to Sunday 3rd December for AED 700 per person.
