X brought its global creator strategy to the forefront at the fourth edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit, hosting a series of keynote sessions, workshops, and networking events designed to help creators grow, monetise, and strengthen their presence on the platform.
Held from 9 to 11 January 2026, the sessions took place at the X Cafe within the summit venue and catered to creators at every stage, from newcomers to established voices seeking to refine advanced tools and strategies.
A key highlight was the Good on X session series, which offered market-specific playbooks. Good on X Gaming, led by Client Partner Farah Hamdan and Senior Client Account Manager Joud Boksmati, examined how influencers and esports organisations build engaged fan communities. Good on X Lifestyle, presented by Widad Salem and Aleksandra Tasic, explored brand-building strategies in fashion and beauty. Content creator Nadim El Nouri delivered Good on X Sports, while Senior Client Account Manager Hazem Elghousin led Good on X Travel, focusing on building influence in the travel sector.
X also hosted platform-wide keynote sessions. Joelle Yazbeck, Lead of Content Partnerships for MENA, presented Content and Amplify, highlighting X’s role in fostering authentic creator connections across culture, sports, gaming, and fashion. Nadim El Nouri later led Unlocking the Power of X, a masterclass on advanced search, analytics, and monetisation, while Stephanie Terroir showcased creative tools, including AI assistant Grok.
Daily Creator Happy Hours further strengthened community engagement, enabling direct interaction between creators and the X team.
Organised by the UAE Government Media Office, the summit took place across Jumeirah Emirates Towers, DIFC, and the Museum of the Future under the theme Content for Good, welcoming more than 30,000 attendees from around the world.
