Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026 will take place from 14 to 17 September at Dubai World Trade Centre, with organisers repositioning the event around a sharper focus on industry resilience, adaptability, and long-term recovery amid shifting global conditions.

The revised dates reflect a deliberate effort to give exhibitors, buyers, and partners greater flexibility to attend and engage meaningfully. Organisers say the change is designed to maximise participation at a time when the travel industry is navigating complex geopolitical, economic, and environmental pressures.

Running under the theme "Travel 2040: Driving New Frontiers Through Innovation and Technology," the event will bring together policymakers, tourism authorities, technology leaders, and researchers across dedicated stages and forums.

Danielle Curtis, Regional Portfolio Director for the UAE at RX Global, said ATM's role as a platform for reconnecting the industry and driving meaningful dialogue has never been more critical. She cited Dubai's infrastructure and public-private coordination as key factors in the event's ability to deliver on that promise.

Hoor Al Khaja, Senior Vice President of International Operations at Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, echoed that sentiment, pointing to the city's track record of remaining open and operational through recent regional disruptions as evidence of the trust Dubai commands among travellers and international partners.

The conference programme will feature sessions on crisis management, destination resilience, aviation continuity, digital transformation, and sustainable growth. Research partners including STR, Tourism Economics, and Euromonitor International will present data-driven insights into traveller sentiment and global mobility trends.

A keynote from Euromonitor's Stephen Dutton, titled "The State of Travel: Inflation, Polycrisis and the New Travel Reality," is among the headline sessions confirmed for the event.
