Dubai has introduced a new annual accolade designed to celebrate individuals, companies, institutions and projects that embody the emirate's signature approach to bold execution and results-driven achievement.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has directed the launch of the Dubai-it Award, recognising outstanding accomplishments that reflect Dubai's commitment to transforming ambitious ideas into tangible outcomes delivered with excellence and in record time.
The Dubai-it Award is rooted in a broader initiative launched by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, aimed at transferring Dubai's working philosophy to future generations and embedding it as an enduring culture across government entities and corporations. The award builds on that foundation by celebrating the people and organisations who best bring that ethos to life.
Mohammad Al Gergawi, Chairman of The Executive Office of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, said the award is a direct reflection of a leadership vision built on the principle that true achievements are measured by actions and outcomes, and that ideas derive value only when transformed into initiatives that deliver clear impact on people's lives.
"The 'Dubai-it' philosophy is not merely a slogan, but an integrated framework driven by execution and by converting plans into reality and results into success stories,"
Al Gergawi said, adding that this approach has enabled Dubai to achieve exceptional developmental breakthroughs and solidify its position as a global model for management, innovation and development.
