Azizi Developments, a leading private developer in the UAE, is extending its fly-in programme to Israeli investors.
The programme, which was originally launched in December last year and had to be put on hold due to Covid-19-related travel restrictions, has now resumed, said the Dubai developer.
Following the normalization of ties between the UAE and Israel, Azizi has now added the nation to the list of countries to which the fly-in programme applies.
Through its fly-in offer, Azizi provides customized five-star travel packages that comprise flights, all-inclusive hotel stays, sightseeing tours and VIP transportation across the emirate.
Investors are assigned a dedicated contact person who picks them up from the airport and advises them on how to best spend their time in the UAE.
The developer aims to showcase its properties across the city's prime locations, as well as Dubai's many marvels, to investors from the GCC countries, as well as those from Africa and Asia.
As part of the programme, Azizi will manage the entire travel and accommodation booking process, transportation, breakfast, lunch and dinner options, and much more. Potential investors merely have to inform the developer of a suitable time, and Azizi will plan their entire journey.
With Dubai having opened up to tourism and welcoming visitors from all around the world, Azizi is set to add to the increasing number travellers who want to experience the city.
Executive Director (Sales and Marketing) Nima Khojasteh said:
"We are delighted to now also welcome Israeli investors to our fly-on programme, which extends far beyond a mere sales technique - it is a testament to our pursuit of customer centricity and operational excellence.
We want international property seekers to come and witness the safety, stability, high living standards, outstanding potential, and many wonders of this remarkable city first-hand, in a convenient, enjoyable, transparent and all-inclusive manner.
The Dubai property market has a lot to offer and we're happy to put it on the world stage."
