Bayut, the UAE's largest property portal, has launched support for five new European languages on its platform, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch, as part of a broader push to serve the growing wave of international buyers and investors exploring the UAE real estate market.
The expansion builds on the earlier rollout of Chinese and Russian language experiences, which the platform credits with meaningfully improving engagement among those user groups. The addition of five major European languages extends that strategy to new markets, giving users the ability to browse listings, compare properties and review pricing in their native tongue.
Muneeb Farrukh, Vice President of Product at Bayut, said language plays a critical role in how users understand and evaluate property options, and that removing friction from the search process was a key priority as international interest in UAE real estate continues to rise.
Bayut has offered English and Arabic interfaces since its inception, anchoring its service to both local and regional audiences. The latest update reflects how significantly the platform's user base has diversified, driven by sustained demand from overseas buyers attracted by the UAE's economic stability, infrastructure and investment climate.
The multilingual rollout is part of Bayut's wider commitment to product innovation, which spans advanced search tools and data-driven features designed to support more confident property decisions.
The announcement follows parent company Dubizzle Group's recent strategic investment in Tern, a UAE-based rental rewards platform, signalling a broader effort to enhance the property journey beyond search and discovery.
