Dodo Pizza has launched the Kids Pizza Academy in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, marking Dubai's first purpose-built culinary edutainment space exclusively designed for children aged 3 to 12.

The facility, which opened on June 27 at JLT Cluster T, blends a fully operational open kitchen with child-friendly design to create a screen-free environment where young visitors learn pizza-making, build teamwork skills, and develop confidence through hands-on creativity.

The launch arrives at a timely moment. The Middle East and Africa family entertainment centre market is growing at an 11.5% CAGR and is projected to reach $93.5 billion by 2035, as parents increasingly seek meaningful alternatives to passive screen time. It also aligns with the UAE's designation of 2026 as the Year of the Family.

"We wanted to build a place for children and parents, a community hub,"

said Anton Nykyforov, Marketing Director at Dodo Pizza UAE.

"In a fast-paced city like Dubai, we are slowing things down to focus on meaningful connections and skill-building."

The Academy's programming spans daily masterclasses, educational field trips for school groups, customisable birthday parties, and community workshops. Sessions are structured by age group to ensure developmental appropriateness, and all activities are led by trained pizza makers and instructors.

Dodo Pizza says it plans to expand the offering with seasonal culinary festivals, international cuisine weeks, and charity events, with a long-term goal of growing the Kids Pizza Academy into the leading culinary edutainment brand across the UAE and GCC.

The academy is located in JLT Cluster T, accessible from Dubai Marina, JBR, and Palm Jumeirah.
